1. This Contest commences on 30 April 2021, 1200HRS to 11 June 2021 1200HRS, both dates inclusive.

2. Employees of ORIGIN Exterminators, their immediate families (including spouses, children, parents, brothers, and sisters), any persons professionally associated with this Contest are not eligible to participate in this Contest.

Participants will have to do the following during the Contest Period:

2. Share this content giveaway post (remember to set your post to public)

3. Hashtag #pestcontrolprofessional & Tag ORIGIN Exterminators on your profile picture

   At 1200HRS on 11 June 2021, 1 winner will be picked from the eligible participants based on the online random name generator.

One (1) winner will be picked to win the dining vouchers.

• The Prize or any part thereof, shall not be transferable, exchangeable, redeemable or substituted for cash or other benefits.
• ORIGIN Exterminators reserves the right, at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute, withdraw, add to or alter the Prize or any part thereof without prior notice.

The Winner will be notified via Facebook within seven (7) days after the Contest. In the event a chosen Winner cannot be contacted via Facebook messages within 3 working days, another Winner will be picked as a replacement.

By participating in the Contest and/or accepting the Prize, each Participant/the Winner agrees that ORIGIN Exterminators may collect and use Participants’ personal data, to facilitate their participation in the Contest, including contacting them at their Singapore telephone numbers regarding their participation in the Contest. Such personal data may include without limitation a Participant’s name, telephone number, email address, as well as his picture, photographs or likeness.

ORIGIN Exterminators reserve the right to use the names, pictures, photographs or likeness of any Participant or Winner in their marketing, publicity or promotional materials at their sole discretion without notice to the participant or the Winner, or require any Participant or Winner to appear in any form of marketing, publicity or promotional activities. 

By participating in this Contest, each Participant consents to ORIGIN Exterminators use and disclosure of the participant’s personal data for the purposes and in the manner described above.

ORIGIN Exterminator's decisions on the Contest and the Winner shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances. In the event of a dispute, any individual’s entitlement to participate in the Contest and any Participant’s entitlement to the Prize shall be subject to the sole discretion and final determination of ORIGIN Exterminators.

ORIGIN Exterminators reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. Participation in this Contest will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions and any amendments thereof.
